About Me
My bio-mother died unexpectedly at 62 when I was 42. That changed everything.
Suddenly, the question wasn't "what should I do?" but "how much time do I actually have, and what am I doing with it?" Mortality became my greatest teacher.
I spent the next seven years working to unearth my real values and priorities - pulling back layers of conditioning, fear, and performance to find the truth underneath. I built a business, created offerings, tried to help others do the same.
But somewhere in that work, I realized fear was still running most of my life. Not just the business decisions, but all of it - whether (and how) I showed up for my own family, whether I created and shared, what I offered, even in what ways I left the house. Fear was the thing underneath almost everything.
So I'm practicing making different choices now. Love over fear. Visibility over hiding. My actual self instead of a curated version.
I'm stepping into my own name. I'm creating what's alive for me. I'm being honest about what I want and need. And I'm learning - finally - to listen to myself first.
This is that work.
